Creating a multiple choice quiz with weighted answers (How?)

Hey everyone, I’m trying to replicate the quiz found at this link: [Assess your knowledge! – REFRAME iLearn Tool (reframe-project.eu)]), however, after many attempts, I’m still lost on how to go about it. I noticed the site uses h5p, but I couldn’t build a similar replica with h5p alone.

Any ideas on how I should approach creating a quiz like that?
