Sure; create away. Use the pagebreak tag where necessary to move to the next page in your PDF. Pop in your form merge tags (or use the $form_data array) on pages 1 and 3 where you need it. 👍

So my next question, I have a multi part form.
It needs a calculation.
Part 1 has 3 sliders on it. Slider 1 has a range of 0-20 can I assign a value to each step on the sliders i.e. 0 = £0, Step 1 = £15, Step 2 = £30 etc. I then need a summary of the 3 sliders and a calculated total.
Part 2 for Customer Info Display the summary info again. On Send Request, creates a PDF and emails proposal it to potential customer and site owner.
