Creating a searchable apartment/real estate website in WordPress

Hi,

is WordPress the right tool to create a searchable apartment/real estate website that has:

1. A landing page with the ability to search apartments by region;
2. A search results page, where each apartment is shown in a card. For example: [https://getstake.com/properties](https://getstake.com/properties)
The search results page has additional filters, such as size of the apartment, number of rooms, etc.
3. An apartment details page, where each apartment is described in more detail

What theme would you recommend to build this?

I found this theme – [https://wordpress.com/theme/rivington](https://wordpress.com/theme/rivington) – but it seems to be for single-property real estate only, so it doesn’t give me the search feature or the ability to list multiple apartments.

If WordPress isn’t the right tool, what other tools would you recommend?
