Creating a specific register page that automatically assigns you a woocommerce membership?

[ad_1]

I have a client who is going to sell a product on both their website with woocommerce and on Amazon. The problem I am encountering is the product comes with a QR code inside depending on which purchase they made that is supposed to lead them to a restricted page based off their purchase, so that would involve an account creation and somehow linking that to the purchase they made on Amazon. Looking into it, it seems difficult to say the lease to let woocommerce know that a purchase made on Amazon needs an account made and a corresponding membership level.

Theory for solution:

They currently only have two products, I think if all packages come with a corresponding QR Code that takes them to a specific register page that upon creating the account it lets Woocommerce know to allow a membership plan it would help me resolve this.

For example, Product A comes with QR Code A which leads them to Register Account Page A, which once signed in automatically comes with Membership Plan A.

Product B is the same setup.

What would be the best route to accomplish this?

  1. Too much of that plan is dependent upon customer. Make membership part of the flow with woocommerce hooks and filters.
