Creating a WpdataTable Chart from Forminator Form Radio Field

Hello,

I have a survey form (forminator form) which I am using to collect customer feedback. To collect name, location and a series of Yes/No questions using radio fields. I have Wpdatatable and I will like to generate a bar or pie chart for each of the Yes/No radio fields. But when I add the Radio field, it is saying “Minimum count of columns for this chart type is 2”. Please is there anyway to do this. I know the charts works fine with polls but polls does not meet my need, a form with radio fields does.
