Creating pages and sub pages

[ad_1]

Hi all. I understand that things like this on [Wordpress.org]) are dependent on invidivual themes, custom CSS etc, however I need some help and thought posting here would be a good place to try.

I have added sub-pages to my website, under one page called ‘Collection’ (I’m not sure of the terminology for this). The pages show up on the website menu, however the ‘Contact’ page looks like it’s part of ‘Collection’, when there should be a space dividing this – as there is between ‘About’ and ‘Collection’ (these ‘main pages’ are also in bold which is what I want).

From the pages tool on WordPress ‘Contact’ is its own page, but on the site it looks like it’s part of ‘Collection’. I would like this to be it’s own main page, spaced out form the others and in bold. My question is: How can I achieve this?

In the screenshots you will be able to see how the site menu looks (top) and what the backend is doing (bottom). I have added a red line to show where I’d like there to be a space.

Theme I am using is ‘Expositio’ by Wpshower. I can’t find any support for this individual theme hence why I am asking here, and in case anyone’s experienced this with another theme and has any pointers or tips they can helpfully share.

Cheers for any help you can give.
