I’m Pramod from IconicWP, we are the author of the Flux checkout plugin. One of our common users is facing a problem where the credit/debit card field is empty when Flux Checkout and Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce are used together. I tried to reproduce the issue using your plugin but was unable to do so on my localhost.

We have tried to debug the problem and found that WC_Payment_Gateway_Stripe::get_tokens() returns an empty array in includes/abstract/abstract-wc-payment-gateway-stripe.php file.
I noticed that Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce have created a custom token class. Would you be able to assist in identifying the reason why the token() appears to be empty? We would be happy to incorporate any suggestions for improvements into our codebase.
If required, I can share the website access with the permission of the customer.
