Credits for messages

Hello I am looking for relevant plugins,
Essentially it’s to act as a mentor for clinical cases.
The mentee would spend credits to post a case and this will start a new thread where they can upload photos etc and there will back and forwards etc.
Each mentee would pay x a month to get x credits and they can use this to submit cases.

So essentially it’s like a paid private forum?
