WordPress was updating plugins when powercut. Not displaying ‘critical error’ and not able to display plugins. Any ideas on how to correct. ?

Log in to the server with SSH or SFTP. Delete the contents of the wp-content/plugins folder. Then login to your site and add them back through WordPress.
