Hello, so i have been trying to make a backup of my site for quite a while now and couldn’t do so. I contacted my hosting provider but was trying new plugins in the meantime. When I downloaded duplicator pro plugin it of course didn’t work again, but this time my whole site came up with this message: There has been a critical error on this website. I of course didn’t get the email, i tried renaming the plugin trough cpanel but i did nothing, when trying to delete trough filemanager it says file not found. And when i go to my softaculous apps installer it comes up with: internal server error 500 no reponse from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): the subprocess reported error number 122 when it ended. Im getting stuck at every step there is can anyone help me? Thanks.
Have you tried in your database to deactivate the plugins and reload your site?
