I have a WordPress.org site and I switched the theme, now I have a critical error and didn’t receive the email link with the instructions. Can’t access the site at all. Does anyone know how to fix this for dummies?

See if you can do a rollback to get it back up, people would need more context to diagnose this
Use cpanel to go in to files
Go to wp-content\themes
Create folder _disabled
Move new theme into _disabled folder
Try and access website and set old theme back
Login to your hosting, open file manager, edit wp-config.php and set wp_debug to true. Now refresh your site, it will show the exact error. you can now fix it accordingly
