Critical Error when changing to PHP 8 from 7.4

I get an error critical when going to php 8. Already did some homework and deactivated and actived plugin one by one. This so far:

‘Request a Quote for Woo Commerce’ plugin gives an error when activated by it’s own (so no other plugins are active)

\- When Woo Commerce Plugin is activated the ‘Request a Quote for Woo Commerce plugin doesn’t cause any errors

\- When all plugins are activated accept the ‘Request a Quote for Woo Commerce’ plugin, you also get an error. So this plugin is not the only cause for errors.

\- I’ve activated and deactivated all plugins one by one and only the the ‘Request a Quote for Woo Commerce’ gives an error.
