For the CRM, I am looking for:
– Client list management (small list of 200 right now)
– Email automation /newsletter /reminder
– Ability to update based on WP Amelia bookings.
– Affordable/easily integrated with WordPress, Elementor and WP Amelia
Amelia is lacking the crm portion of it and I’ve made suggestions to expand their customer list page but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
However, they did just announce integration with WP Fusion that can pull information from Amelia booking to a CRM but you have to pay the top premium monthly price to sync it with Amelia.
Was looking at Hubspot FREE marketing plan since it’s a fairly small local business but concern about hidden fees.
Interested in FluentCRM but not sure if this is what I am looking for
