for WP control cronjob to work you write on the online manual:

this “ double quotation mark is not valid in wp Cron or php
You need a straight ” double quotation mark

Trying to find why the cronjob wasn’t working i found a lot of people who could not get the cronjob working in the wp Cron plugin, please adjust the formula at this instruction page from Amelia
for the working of php you need a normal double quotation mark
but i see the text editor here also changes it to a left double quotation mark
