Cross out items that are out of stock

I am having tough time doing thing like from this image:

[When product is out of stock it is faded and crossed])

I know that I can go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products. From the Products tab, select the Out of stock visibility checkbox. But in this way, all the simple products that are out of stock will be hidden, which is not a behavior that I want.
