If the payments you wish to use work correctly with the WooCommerce order mechanism, then the plugin will also issue an invoice.
Our plugin is based on the mechanism mentioned above. If an order is placed, payment made through the mentioned payment gateways, then an issue invoice metabox will appear in the order.
The plugin will download the data from the WooCommerce order, including the payment method description, which will be set up in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments next to your payment gateway. This data will be added to PDF invoice.
It should work.
