CSS askew when caching blog index page

[ad_1]

Problem arises when caching is turned on (WP Super Cache, in my instance).

All pages cache perfectly well, with the exception of the designated blog index page.

The index appears to cache correctly initially, but within time the post-thumbnails lose their proportion and look disorganized (This only happens on the index, never the singles).

I am seeking help with plug-in support. Though I suspect they will suggest excluding blog index from caching with an exclusion rule. Exclusion is not a solution I wish to implement, so I am seeking experienced help from all of you.

Does anyone here have experience with this?

Can any recommendations be made to remedy?

Thank you
