Curious: WordPressers setting up sites, I have a few questions?

Tbh, I woke up curious this morning and thought I should ask y'all. So I need to know what steps you follow when you set up a site. Is there a pattern you follow?

For example, you'll set up the domain and hosting and then install WordPress, but after all these basic installations, what's next? So here are my questions:

1. Is there a particular theme or list of plugins you have saved in a sheet that is a must to start with?

2. Is there a toolkit you saved/bookmarked that you follow?

3. How much time does it take for you to set up a small business site?

4. What challenges do you face in the day-to-day process of setting up sites?

5. Is there someone or some website that you can rely on to find solutions for your WordPress related issues?
