Im trying to fix an issue on the website im working with where its showing shortcodes
They all start with [vc] so i assumed i need to download vc
And i did in plugins but theres no change
Then i went to the themes and saw vg ribona theme is being used and clicked plugins there and it said visual composer install required although i have it installed.
Tried installing it got this error.
