cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5000 milliseconds

We have frequently been getting this “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5000 milliseconds” error message in our website WP Admin dashboard.

We tried to talk with our host provider and they recommended to update all the plugins & WordPress but we have everything updated.

How to resolve this error?
