I customized a form using the preset “Question & Answer” AI Form, but only changed the title to “ABC Question & Answer”. After inserting the shortcode into the page and publishing it, the customized “ABC Question & Answer” form does not display, but the preset “Question & Answer” AI Form displays correctly. The WordPress version is 6.1.1, and the GPT AI Power version is 1.6.39.
I am running WordPress on localhost and have not entered the OpenAI API key yet. However, I don’t think these two issues are causing the problem because the preset form is displaying correctly.
The same issue is present when using both “Twenty Twenty-Three Version: 1.0” and Astra 4.1.3 themes.
