For folks that are building custom applications with WordPress. What plug-ins are you using?
Page Builder, Custom Post Types, Custom Meta Fields, User Profile/User Membership, Form Builder, etc..
I am currently trying to use Gutenberg w/ JetEngine but I am finding Gutenberg lacking when it comes to designing and using dynamic data.
I am starting to think I would be better off with Elementor Pro, ACF Pro, Ultimate Member but I don’t know what form builder to use or a dynamic table builder.
I have been trying to stay away from Elementor because it seems everyone is saying go Bricks or this builder because Elementor is the past but then again maybe I am just listening to many people.

ACF and PHP code.
ACF Pro, generate wp (webservice no Plugin) and constantly checking wether gutenberg is best or oxygen/acf flex fields/ from scratch
No builders except Gutenberg if you really want to call that a builder, ACF , and as little plugins I can (usually yoast if needed, wpml or polylang if needed, and maybe one form plugin).
But to be completely honest, if the app is anything serious, I’ll limit WP to the marketing pages and use something else to handle the rest
