Hello,
I just reinstalled with LocalWP, WP 6.3.1 with theme 2023, no plugin, I left the default settings, the WP version is in English and it works.
I delete the custom colors, I put my WordPress in French and the time on UTC +2, the custom colors no longer work.

I did a test in localwp.com – utc-2-WP 6.3.1 – twentytwentythree theme – no plugins – chrome browser. My 2 custom colors – added to Palette – were able to be used on page as the background and text.

I did a test in localwp.com – utc-2-language Deutsche-WP 6.3.1 – twentytwentythree theme – no plugins – chrome browser. My 2 custom colors – added to Palette – were able to be used on page as the background and text.

I did a test in localwp.com – utc-2-language French-WP 6.3.1 – twentytwentythree theme – no plugins – chrome browser. Only 1 of my 2 custom colors – added to Palette – were able to be used on page as the background and text. I see in database that the 2 custom colors are assigned the same slug.

Hey @baxter89 ! It looks like this is a translation bug, affecting multiple languages. We’ve already filed it here, so the developers can take a look.

For now, if you set a different name for your custom colors when adding them, you should not see this issue anymore. The screenshot below shows what I’m talking about.

Indeed, when you give the color a name, it works.
THANKS
