I started my blog in 2009 on blogspot (before I had any idea about SEO). Then around 2016 I migrated everything to a WP site which was infinitely better but I still didn’t bother worrying about SEO. Which brings me to current day.
I’ve rebuilt the WP site on a new domain and redirected everything from the previous WP site. However, on many of the older posts from the blogspot days have a bunch of extra stuff attached in the custom fields. (See photo example below).
Is there any advantage / disadvantage to leaving this information attached to the posts in terms of SEO but also just in general? I can’t seem to find any information about this specifically.
Thank youuuuuu.

Yes, it will negatively impact SEO, but the new site and domain could potentially have better technical seo, so it’s hard to say. I’d recommend running analytics, Google search console, and ahrefs or semrush to monitor both domains.
