Custom form that pulls info from a database?

[ad_1]

Hi everyone, I’m new to WordPress and making websites, so please forgive me if this is a ridiculous question.

I’m using a plugin called Amelia, which handles the bookings and payments for my site. I won’t go into the reasons why, but I’m looking for a way to create a simple form (using elementor pro perhaps?) that would allow staff members to send emails to customers. I don’t want the staff to have the customers’ personal email addresses, so I’m looking for a way to anonymously pull that info from the database.

For example, I’d like the staff to be able to select the customer’s name from a list and write a message, hit send and the email goes to the customer’s email address.

I realise that there may be solutions by using things like buddyboss etc, but I’m trying to find a solution that does not involve users having to sign in to WordPress. (Amelia is all front end and its database is separate from WP’s).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sashimi
