Is it possible to modify the functionality to suit our needs and to add or modify features?
For example, we want two levels of ‘claimed’ listings, and we want only the person who claimed the listing to be able to respond to reviews, and we also need wiki-like features, such as anyone can edit a listing and it shows the list of edits and who did them, etc. We need to add lots of features that the software doesn’t have.
