Using the FREE plan at WordPress.com, can I use and customize my own theme? I’m on Blogger but would like to try WordPress.
What I like most about Blogger is that I can get into and change the source code. Thank you.
You can customize ut, bit very little. I’ve used it only once on the specific request of a friend (not client) and found it very limited.
