It needs some deep debugging. Please enable logs in Advanced Settings and try again. Then send View log links to our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

It looks like there is some problem with your images. Telegram is very strict about image formats and it rejects any malformed image.
I would suggest to process/create your images using a good software like Adobe Photoshop etc.
