Custom Post Type no longer showing up / have permissions to access?

Title says it all.

I have Custom Post Type UI’s most recent version installed. I have a custom post type for “Newsletters”. One day I logged on and the “Newsletters” option is no longer on the left-side admin menu. Tried to manually access it by changing the URL and it said I don’t have enough permissions to edit the posts.

The Elementor Loop that pulls and displays the newsletters is still working – I just can’t actually edit the newsletters whatsoever.

Where should I start when it comes to fixing this issue?
