Custom user profile links like linktree

Are there any plug-in or theme where it allows the user to customize their profile with social links?

I would like my website to have the same feature as linktree.

-Ability to edit their profile and add their social links or whatever custom fields that I make available..
-customize their profile url link
-bonus if they can add other profiles to their “friends list”

I was thinking buddypress but wondering if there’s anything else out there that’s “lighter”
