Custom Woo Report for Sales by State

A client was given this report last year. It’s a CSV file that groups all sales by state and includes all of the various categories.

Billing State,Orders,Items,Gross,Net,Refunds,Discounts,Taxes,Shipping,Fees

I am thinking this is a custom query? Or is this a report you can pull w/out code/SQL?

I have looked in Reports and Analytics, but am not seeing a way to get this data.
