Customer database/Booking ?

Hi,

I’m trying to find a way to build the following for a few friends of mine that have the same need but since they aren’t great with tech I know that I will have to be the one to keep the solution updated and working so instead of building something for each one individually and me having to update every single ones site I figure I could build one site that they can access individually

They need to be able to:
Log in and access their customer database
Every time they see a specific customer they can go into the database an update the info with what they did for the customer.
Schedule appointments with it
Possibly send appointment reminders via sms or email
Receive payments
Receive deposits for appointments

Any ideas what I could use to build it ?

Can this be built with WordPress or would it have to be built with a different platform?
