Customer says Overcharged No evidence on Backend

Please bear with me; I’m not very savvy with WP.

A customer had €30 of store credit. They bought an item for €56, meaning that €26 was charged from their card (we use Global Payment). The customer claims that they were charged €56, their order says they were charged €26. My boss says that he can’t see individual transactions – he just gets a lump sum in every day.

Is there any way I can see how much was actually taken off the customer’s card? The only proof they have sent us is a screenshot, and the customer has a history of having problems with everything they order.
