I’m trying to put the Top Posts & Pages widget in a custom right sidebar (with my theme tools) using the shortcode provided here: [jetpack_top_posts_widget]
But this shortcode does not allow customizing the widget: how to change the maximum number of posts to display, types of pages to display, etc.
In the past, I would set Top Posts & Pages in the widget area and with the amr-shortcode-any-widget plugin I would generate a shortcode that I would insert into the custom sidebar, but the plugin has a vulnerability that forced me to uninstall it, and I didn’t I get an alternative that does the same thing.
Is it possible to customize the Top Posts & Pages shortcode to define the parameters that it allows in the widget area?
