I checked your screenshots, and it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might have added this option, as it’s not a default feature of WooCommerce.
To help clarify, could you share the list of active plugins and theme names with us from your system status reports? You’ll find these at WooCommerce > Status.
If you found the plugin that adds this option, I recommend contacting them for further assistance.
