Customizing the title of the table of contents

I’m afraid that you are in the wrong place to ask this. These are the forums that are specific to the TablePress plugin. While that plugin also deals with tables, the “Table of Contents” on your page seems to have been created with the “Easy Table of Contents” plugin. I can therefore only suggest that you ask this at where the developers of that plugin can likely help.
