Database Connection Lost by Updating ‘Priviliged Users’ Password

So I made an update to the ‘Privileged Users’ which WordPress uses to establish a connection to the database within cPanel, and now my site cant establish a connection to DB and is offline.

By Googling around, there should be a table within the phpmyadmin’s wp.config file named ‘dBuser’ in which you should be able to update the WordPress account and re-establish the connection.

However, there is no such table, the closest thing is ‘adminUserList’.

Anyone experienced got some ideas how to go about solving this?
