database error Duplicate entry | WordPress.org

Hi,

Today i see several of these:

With different numbers after the “duplicate entry”. I run WP 6.2.x and PHP 8.0, Litespeed commercial and Mariadb 10.6.12

Also before that started i see ONE log like this:
