Can’t find this in any forum on wordpress so I’m trying my luck here.
What’s weird is it also moves the footer. When I take the form out the footer goes back to normal. Any idea how I can remedy this?

WordPress doesn’t have a date picker. You need to ask the developer of the plugin or theme that you’re using.
