DB Insertion failed – Austrian Post Plugin called “PLC”

What is the cause ur the meaning of this error code: DB Insertion failed.

I use WP + WooCommerce and this Shipping plugin called “PLC”.

When I try to process the orders and –> Create new Sending with PLC it just stucks in a loop.
The second thing I tried is reinstall – reconfigure the creds and everything but it seems like this Plugin is not working properly.

I think one week ago I made some major WP + Woo Updates so could it be that this certain plugin is not supporting the newest versions of wp & woo?

What do you think exactly caused the problem, because it used to work maybe one week ago.

do you guys have any solutions for me?
