Please follow this guide to enable WP_DEBUG mode on your site:

Then try creating a staging site again, and when you get the same error, check (/wp-content/debug.log) file for the error message or forward it to us via this form and we will help you further from there.

Also, I found these two values in the systme information file you sent us:
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT: 512M
PHP memory_limit: 192M
These two values are contraindicated, they can’t be set like that, the WordPress memory limit must be lower than the PHP memory limit set on the server; please report this issue to your hosting provider.
