Around that date in November, we had momentary API issues and it was briefly down. Thus, this isn’t something you need to worry about at this time, and can disregard it.
For what it’s worth, this error only happened when the plugin was doing a routine check to see if there were any new lists to sync up and pull into your WordPress install, so no data should have been lost in any way.
