Hello World,
I tried everything to force my server and my WordPress installation to accept SVG uploads. It is a normal environment like Linux OS, cPanel, PHP 7.4.3, WordPress 6.2, Elementor etc. Always I see the message: *The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels*.
I tried:
* To make sure that the setting “Enable Unfiltered File Uploads” of Elementor is enable.
* I download & activate Safe SVG plugin for WordPress
* I deactivate ModSecurity from cPanel
* I play with the setting of cPanel’s MultiPHP INI editor
* I detach the WordPress installation from cPanel’s WP Toolkit
Even an I idea how can debug the situtation would be useful.

Disabling “Sanitize SVG while uploading” of Safe SVG, it worked.
