I have WP installed on a subfolder public_html/ep/ and the site works perfect using the domain , but using the dedicated IP takes me to a 404 page.
The site still loads, it just goes to a 404 instead of the site’s set homepage. Some assets are broken too, like icons in plugins and such.
Also, side issue, the https:// variant of the IP does not work but the domain https:// is fine.
Any ideas for either issue?

yeh because the site needs to load from the url that’s assigned to it in the wordpress settings. Unless you are using a multi site I believe. You don’t want to load it from anything else except the URL.
