You can bulk delete all products via the following steps:
1. Go to your product page /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product.
2. Click the checkbox in the top bar:
3. Open the Bulk actions select box:
4. Select Move to Trash and click Apply button.
By default, you will only see 20 products. You can increase the number of visible products via the Screen Options in the upper-right corner:
