In AST PRO, we offer the option to enable a custom order status called “Shipped.” By enabling this feature, you can differentiate between orders that have been shipped and those that have been billed.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
- Open the “Order Statuses & Notifications” panel.
- Enable the “Shipped” order status.
Once this is done, when you add tracking information to an order and mark it as “Shipped,” the corresponding order status email will be sent instead of the “Completed” email.
