Deleted all WP files. Website still online.

Hello Everybody,

I deleted all WordPress files from my Azure VM “wwwroot” folder.

However, the frontend of the website is still available and seems to work well.

I uploaded a new clean WordPress files, but I can still see the old website.

Did I miss some steps please?
