I want to delete a very old account I haven’t used in years. I have the log-in info, but WordPress tells me the account is locked for security reasons and I need to reset my password. The only way to reset the password is through email and the address I used way back in 2008 is no longer. I tried restoring my account but WordPress wants info such as two factor authentication, which was not a thing 15 years ago. I know this subreddit is not mainly about the hosting site, but I haven’t a way to access tech support (even just accessing their forums) without logging in. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
