Glad to know that you liked our plugin. When you delete a post, WP Bulk Delete also deletes related meta and other data so it takes time to delete a record. If a post has many options then it will take more time. So at a time, it deletes fewer records but not 35-36 , it can delete around 100-500 posts at a time depending on your server capacity and post type complexity.
You can schedule deletion in the pro version of the plugin which can delete all data slowly, and automatically once you define it. You can also contact us on support here with more details.
