We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. The issue with deleting plugins has been resolved in the latest version (1.1.5). Please update to this version, and you should be able to remove the plugin without any issues.
If you prefer not to update the plugin, you can manually delete it by accessing your website files via FTP or your hosting file manager. Simply remove the “bit-smtp” folder from the wp-content/plugins directory.
